Whether you’ve moved into a new home, looking to build, or need to freshen up your old one, we want to hear from you! Each project begins with someone reaching out and taking the leap. Trust us, it’s more than worth it in the end!

Initial Consultation

We meet to discuss your design needs, budget, and begin to develop your individual style. You will fill out a detailed questionnaire that will help us determine your likes & dislikes and guide us to finding your perfect design style.

Design Proposal & Quote

We use the information that we received from the consultation to create a unique design proposal curated just for your project. Once we are confident we have a proposal that works for you we will present it to you in person or virtually for your approval. At this time you will also review and sign off on the overall project quote.

Measurements & Design Inspiration Meeting

After the Proposal & Quote have been signed off on, we will meet to take any measurements needed and view some design inspiration photos. This part of the process is extremely important because it’s where we really pick your brain on what you like and dislike about certain spaces. This information will help us to create our Conceptual Designs.

During this phase we will begin working on your concept board(s) and layout(s). We will meet to discuss both the Conceptual Design(s) and the Layout(s), to make sure that we are all on the same page before moving into Detailed Designs and any Renovations or Construction (if applicable).

detailed design

Detailed Design begins after we’ve agreed on the layout and conceptual designs. This is where we select all the finishes, fixtures and furnishings that will go into your home. We will present everything to you at the Detailed Design Meeting. You will see a complete breakdown of all items, along with cost per item and purchase dates.

Procurement

Once everything has been signed off on from the Detailed Design, we will begin purchasing all of your items. We can do this a few different ways, so we will discuss this during our detailed design meeting.

Demo day!

This is the step where all the construction happens. Whether you’re building a new build or doing a renovation this is the phase where we dive into the deep end. If you’re just getting a small remodel, whether it’s new paint, new flooring, any new millwork or lighting; all of that happens in this phase.

Installation & Styling

This is everyone’s favourite day, Install Day! It’s where we bring all of your furnishings to your home and set up every room (that we’re decorating) and give you that big reveal! You head out for the day (or days if it’s a full home), while we work to hang every curtain, artwork, mirror; fluff every pillow and add every last finishing touch, so when you return, you return to a completely furnished room/home!
